Practical financial help for entrepreneurs facing a challenge they shouldn’t have to face alone. The What Do You Need Fund exists to provide practical financial assistance to entrepreneurs and small business owners facing a legitimate need or unexpected challenge.
We don’t make business loans. We don’t take an ownership stake. And we don’t pretend we can solve every problem. When we can help, we simply help.
Awards of up to $25,000 may be made to worthy applicants, based on the circumstances and the resources available. No strings attached. No repayment expected. Just a group of business owners helping another get back on solid ground. Sometimes we all just needs a little help.

As a federally recognized 501(c)(3), the Institute is sustained entirely through voluntary contributions from individuals and organizations who believe this mission matters.
We’re preserving today’s business wisdom for tomorrow. Every contribution, whether $25 or $10,000, advances the same mission. No contribution purchases additional access. Nothing inside the Institute is hidden behind a premium level. Support exists for one reason: To keep it that way.
While business trends come and go, the fundamentals of leadership, strategy, discipline, and execution remain remarkably consistent across generations.
