Your Guide to Discovering, Practicing, Contributing, and Preserving Timeless Business Principles
Welcome. Everything we build begins with the belief that better business leaders create stronger companies, stronger communities, and a stronger country for us all. The Executives Institute exists to preserve the guiding principles, the timeless books and the hard-earned lessons of America’s entrepreneurs and make them available for generations to come. Explore everything freely. If the Institute helps you, contribute in whatever capacity makes sense for you. There is no catch, we promise. Read Our Standard.
How to Use The Executives Institute

1. Discover the Rules
Start with the 50 Business Rules. Read through timeless principles that have shaped successful leaders for generations. Whether it’s your first visit or your tenth, every scroll reveals something new.
2. Explore America’s Business Library
Browse the books behind the Rules. Read executive summaries, key takeaways, and connect with the authors. Suggest additional classics that deserve preservation.

3. Practice the Principles
Visit yourWeeklyEdge and commit to applying one Rule per week. Growth and improvement come from practice. Implement the Rules.
4. Study with Others
Work through the Rules with your leadership team or a trusted group of executives over weekly lunch. Candid conversations lead to better questions and honest answers.
5. Join the Conversation
Follow our founder on LinkedIn, connect with other leaders, and stay informed as new Rules, books, workshops, and discussions are released.

6. Contribute Your Insight
Every Rule grows stronger through real-world experience. Share what worked, what didn’t, and what you’ve learned so future leaders can benefit from your experience (while giving your organization some national exposure).
7. Build Your Local Leadership Community
Join an existing 10k Leaders study group or start one in your city. Our vision is to have 10,000 followers of The Institute, in any given year, across all 50 States, learning together. Leadership compounds.

8. Preserve and Pass On the Tools
Purchase theLEDGER for yourself, a young entrepreneur, or members of your leadership team. The goal isn’t simply to learn the Rules, it’s to practice them. Hardcover editions of theLEDGER will be available with $100 contributions beginning in Q4 2026.
9. Help Support the Mission
If the Institute’s created value for you, consider a financial contribution, as little as $25 or become a Member of the Steward’s Circle at $10,000. Remember, $0.25 of every dollar goes to supporting our endowment, where, starting in 2027, we’ll be helping hard-working entrepreneurs keep moving forward!
10. Return Often
The Institute isn’t meant to be completed once. Revisit the Rules regularly. Add new insights. Read another classic. Help another leader. Build a legacy of continuous learning.
Use everything. Learn generously. Contribute when you can. Help preserve what matters. That’s how The Executives Institute was designed.
Thank you.
