What Is a Study Group?
Each month, leaders across the United States are gathering to discuss the fundamentals that actually move a business forward. Grounded in our 12-Chapter Business Rules curriculum and paired with timeless business books, these peer-led study groups create a space for real conversations, practical insight, and serious growth.
You provide the environment. We provide the structure.
Together, you create something worth following.
Why Lead One?
Because someone in your circle (most-likely in your organization) needs what you’ve already learned. And because, when you teach others, you sharpen your own thinking.
As a Study Group Leader, you’ll guide a small group of peers (ideally 10-20 local business leaders) or leadership team members within your organization through monthly sessions that blend structured learning with real-world discussion.
Whether you’re a founder, executive, or seasoned leader, you get to lead from the front—while creating value around you.

âś… Revenue Opportunity

Yes, you can run a Study Group within your own organization at $0, but each participant must still be enrolled in the Institute at $100/year.
âś… Recognition and Visibility
You’ll be featured as an official Study Group Leader on our site, with badges, support materials, and access to our private Leaders Circle.
