The Executives’ Institute is built for action, not just access. Here’s how to engage with purpose—whether you’re growing alone, leading a team, or sharpening iron with fellow leaders.
This isn’t simply a library you visit once. It’s a tool you return to often. The Executives’ Institute was designed to help serious leaders sharpen their judgment, strengthen their teams, and stay anchored in fundamentals. Whether you’re working through the Business Rules solo, leading a growing organization, or gathering with like-minded peers, here’s how to put this platform to work.
Option 1: Use It Individually

For personal mastery and professional growth.
You’re not just consuming ideas. You’re confronting your blind spots.
- Seasoned Executives
- Start with the Business Rules Library — Choose the Business Rules that hit closest to your current challenges. Each Rule page includes practical summaries, reflective questions, and recommended reading.
- Startup Entrepreneurs
- Follow the Start to Scale track — If you’re building something from the ground up, use our 7-phase Start to Scale sequence to guide your path from idea to exit.
All enrolled Members should:
- Set a Weekly Focus — Work through 1 Rule per week. Reflect, read, apply. Don’t rush.
- Log Personal Notes — Use a notebook or private digital doc to track insights, wins, and turning points sparked by each Rule.
- Join the Private LinkedIn Group — Ask questions, share lessons, and connect with fellow Institute Members across industries inside our closed LinkedIn community. REQUEST TO JOIN (enrolled Members only)
- Join a Blind Spots Session near you or online — organize or join an Executives clubs in your community or join our upcoming digital sessions.
Option 2: Use It With Your Leadership Team

To align, level up, and hold each other accountable.
This isn’t culture-building fluff. It’s disciplined leadership development.
- Pick 1–2 Rules Per Month — Choose Rules tied to current business challenges (scaling, hiring, decision-making, etc.).
- Pre-meeting Reading — Assign each Rule’s core summary and the “Ask the Right Questions” section before your monthly leadership meeting.
- Use the Workshop Format — Leverage the built-in “Rules to Results Workshop” flow: Reflect → Share → Apply → Commit.
- Rotate the Facilitator — Let different team members lead the conversation each month to increase ownership.
Option 3: Use It With a Peer Group or Executives Club

Iron sharpens iron. No one sharpens alone.
Hard Truth: Most leaders are lonely. This changes that.
- Join or Form a Monthly Group — Gather 5–10 experienced business leaders monthly for 2-hour discussions.
- Follow the 12-Month Plan — Use our curated track of 50 Rules to structure the year (see below).
- Embrace Real Talk — Come ready to speak candidly. The power is in the stories, not just the summaries.
- Share Resources — Each member can lead one Rule per year, bringing their lived experience and insight to the table.
